I'd like to show this to people who question why I think my car is going to be valuable some day.

At least the parts are getting sold off and the entire cars aren't being crushed as is!

Dang, that's exactly what I was trying to point out by posting the CL ad link. I have had people laugh when I've told them that I think of SRT-4's as modern-day Road Runners, GTX's, Dusters, Chargers, 'cudas, etc. I can remember when those vehicles were thought of as :quotes: disposable :quotes: and most of them were trashed- look at the attention they get now. :D

With you on this. But not all cars get that way with age.

I wonder how much he'd want for one with a running engine/trans so I could swap it into my SXT. Seriously in the next few months I'd be interested in getting one for that.

You're referencing cars from 40 - 50 years ago ... it will take 30 more years for the SRT-4 to be that old.

:laughing3: ... Maybe both of our SRT-4's will be future "barn finds"

IDK, the "barn finds" ones are usually pretty eaten up when discovered. I think that ours deserve to be kept in a warm, varmint-free garage and driven with love often. :D

How is your varmint issue this year, Gramps? I know you were having an issue last year with the garage being in the position it is.
I should get ahold of this feller, I wouldn't mind a decent set of skirts and caps. Color wouldn't matter to me

I've done the same thing this year as last (dryer sheets and mothballs) plus added good, old-fashioned mouse traps baited with peanut butter. Also had a new garage door installed last summer. Nothing sighted this whole season, thank God.
