Funny story. I'm sitting here listening to the people around me, and on the other side of the cube wall I hear someone explaining their conversation they just had on the phone.

Rep: (explaining how to get to our website, and telling them the web address) .... .com/retirement.
Person on the phone: I typed that in and it's not working, it won't give me anything.
(pause)
Person on the phone: Wait...is backslash one word or two?

OMG

Then another story..

Rep: Are you on symetra.com?
Person on the phone: No...I'm in Wyoming.
Rep: Okay...that explains alot.
