Where can I get the Dodge letters emblem that goes in the trunk? besides of course the dealership.

junk yard..

but i dont know about your dodge but mine was not plastic that could be removed, it was like a rubber type silicon that was not transferrable

Probably just the dealer. The ones at a junkyard are not going to be reusuable unless you try super hard, and even then they probably wont be.

Talk to BRR (Blackroseracing). He can get you special pricing at the dealership he works at.
