Oil PSI sensor?

Post by Mat » Thu Jul 20, 2006 4:48 pm

What tool should I use to remove the oil pressure sensor? Looks like I might have to vice-grip it, but does anyone have a better idea?
Fix it 'till it's broken. Then upgrade.

Any auto parts store will sell the socket to remove it. I broke down and bought one for like $12 at Kragen a while back because I got tired of using chanel lock pliers.

A 1 1/16" deep socket will work as well.
