There's an idea... cut out the rest of the outline around the headlights, and make the bracket so that they actually float right in the middle... That would be cool too!

i think you should paint the front bumper behind the lip. if you look through the slits in the lip you see the silver bumper, i think you should take the lip off, tape that area off and spray it flat or satin black to hide it.

looks nice otherwise tho

Will the 03-up bumper bolt up to a 00-02 without mods?? I know you have to get new headlights and fogs. Is there anything else needed??

+1! I very much disliked the 03+ bumpers, but this mod kicks butt. Makes it look almost aftermarket. Possibly the single best looking mod for the 03 in my opinion, and it's freeeee! More power to ya!
