what subs?

the amp you need depends on the subs, and how you intend to run the subs

this amp is 125 W x 2 (4ohm) / 380 W x 1 (4ohm) / 190 W x 2 (2ohm) (RMS)

if you have 2 4ohm subs (most likely), if you are going to run 2 channels (on the amp) each sub needs to be able to handle 125w RMS, or if you are going to bridge the subs (put both of them on a single channel) they need to be handle 380w RMS each.

so it really depends on the subs you have.

otherwise, the amp looks decent.. you can definately get it cheaper than $160 though (that looks like msrp price)
