You head me at turbo ;)

Now for payment methods, can there be like monthly installments? Or does it have to be full blown all out at once?

+ I want to thank ptperformance for devoloping a kit just for us :) :love4:

Aside from my slight incentive as a test/advertising car, I just really want to see the guys at Hahn get jealous because we are turning kits out faster and in higher quality than theirs.

Wow lots of questions. Lets start with the payments plans, yes we will be looking into those but not untill next year and more likely then not we will have something set up. Questions about he NGC as well as the non NGC PCM's. Our fuel controller will be albe to tune off its own 3 bar map signal no there will be no need for a standalone. I have to check how far I can screw with the signal to keep the idle fuel trim levels in check if that is not possible then we move on to a returnline set up (better for tuning anyways) that will still use our piggy back to tune fuel with. I hope to have the kit made for 00 to 05 and have the adjustability there to keep things in check. The price will be around the $3000 dollar mark and we will be albe to work that down some I am sure, this is just a guess at this time. If I do 10 kits all at once I will have more room to make the kit cheaper then if I do just single kits so I will be looking at both options.

Will you be selling the FM setup seperately? I already have a fuel return line setup and stage 1 srt injectors basically just need your FM box any idea on pricing of that unit or when it will be available. I have a WBO2 sensor as well if this box uses it for input. Let me know if you need someone to help with the tuning of that because I would love to get away from my RRFPR.

(would need a built motor which we will be offering a drop in kit that is balanced and ready to go for the SOHC motor)
That sounds very interesting, I like that idea. I would definatly be interested if you could work this out.

As for him selling stuff seperatly, this thread is for a kit to make everyones lives easier.

I like the sound of that..."auto tuning" lol...i would still need the "this is how you plug your PTP FTM v1.0 into your Neon because your too stupid to do it on your own" instructions.

But hell yeah, i would buy one of those right now considering its only a little over a hundred more than a RRFPR...and it sounds more simple than MS.

might I ask what turbo/IC youre gonna be offering specifically? will there be dyno tuning required, or are u planning on working out every single bug and sending this out pure plug n play?

Turbo for the base kit will be SRT turbo, or cheaply upgrade to larger compressor wheel and compressor housing, intercooler will be PTPerformance directfit SRT intercooler (larger and more efficient than SRT-4 unit, but fits directly, they have three other units as upgrades.....this will be plug-n-play.....start install on friday night, drive all day Sunday.

John @ PTP knows his stuff ....

He's one of those "small time vendors" that I have seen grow into a larger company.. and has actually kept his word on everything he says.. and actually has not screwed over people like most small companies do... Good job John...

It started with you modding your buddies SRTs and now you've grown into a nice company for the SRTs AND Neons. :)

The base kit in stock form you will not have to, although it has the ability to huff out 300whp, the SS kit can do much more. If you just leave it alone, not crank up the boost, no, you will not need a bottom end build-up, however if you want to go beyond the 7.5psi that the standard kit will be, we cannot guarantee that you will not have Dodge soup at the first dip into boost.

Im really looking forward to this! I can't purchase this right out, because of my budget, but if a payment plan like Bill Me Later, or whatnot, comes into play, I will jump all over this like a trampoline! :)

I don't know about a "bill me later" type thing is available, but I could keep track of pre-orders, or a "lay away" type payments.

When things are ready, I will open a specific paypal addy for pre-payments only, all "paid in fulls" will go straight to PTperformance.

Once I have received full payments, your kit will ship.......we may also do a pre-order thing, as soon as we have the kit in order, and it's reliable, we will take payments, then as soon as we have the ten kits put together, we will ship, this will be part of our first ten run group buy.

Bores are the same, piston pins are different....
You could always throw in a set of KeithBlack pistons though...
I ran a set of them in my old daytona, cost me $150ish for a set of there Hyper's and they even talked me through gapping the rings properly for forced induction. My daytona ran 25psi of boost with 35psi peak using there pistons and stock forged crank and rods..
