atx to mtx question

ok im in the process of the swap and im having a lil trouble with the wiring as far as what color wire gose to what wire. mainly my trouble is on the speed sensor i have an 02 so i have and input shaft and out put shaft sensor but i need to make them into the 1 speed sensor for the 98 tranny i have. has any 1 done the mtx swap into an o2 before that could help me out with my wireing problems?

haha i got this same problem still and i swapped almost a year ago there is a plug in the back of your engine for a vehicle speed sensor but i plugged mine in and my speedo still doesn't work i think its cause im still runnin off the auto computer..... but there should be a plug on the back of the engine harness like right next to the oil light plug for a VSS sensor on your manuel tranny.....
