yes you can... you gotta get the adapters the connect to the stock speaker wire and convert it to rca's. you wont have a remote wire to turn the amp on or off, so you can either leave it on, or ghetto rig a toggle switch. I've got a twelve incher in my trunk that i hooked up with these convertors. werked ok for me, but i plan on changing it later

Yes you can -- like CA180 says. Definately get an Line Output Converter. I've never had luck using the Speaker-level inputs on amps.

However, you would be much happier if you spend $100 on a name-brand aftermarket deck.

these guys are right, it is better to go the extra mile and get an aftermarket unit... things are alot easier with those.

Hell, why not spend $1500 on a flip screen, wit:dvd, vhs, nav, mp3, and a cappuccini maker!

I use the stock deck with my amp using the speaker level inputs and it works very well. The only problem with the stock deck is that it clips when you turn the volume up to a certain point. I only use it because it matches the interior.

Remote wire? Tap the line labeled "radio" going to the fuse box behind your dash. This wire gives 12 volts when the car is running, and nothing when it is not.
