I'm looking for a webite that i can go to and look up the stats of just about any stock car available on the market.

What kind of stats? Edmunds, KBB, MSN are all good. If you want performance numbers, check carandriver or motortrend.

This is a very loose way to find out 0-60 times and 1/4 mile times

From what ive observed - they are fairly accurate
