Turbo Install Price

Post by SolarYNeon » Thu Aug 31, 2006 1:13 pm

I'm basically in the process of investing in a hahn stage 2 turbo kit.

Yes pricey :( but I want to get this kit professionally installed so its on them not me ;)

Now, what do you think the average price of getting one installed?

500-800 bucks?

Yea it would be pretty spendy, might want to look into bribing some of your buddys with beer or something.

Maybe ill do just that ;)

But then I'd have to take it to get tuned :)

I have a Hahn stage 2 kit, and its not really that hard to put on. The only pain in the a$$ was the drain line to the oil pan. You and some friends should be able to put it on in a weekend.

Cool.

Supposedly it bolts right up to a stock engine no problem, so I'll prob keep bost on the low side, but we'll just have to see.

I dont even have the financing yet. But I plan on just going with 5 before it gets tuned. But I called hahn and asked about running the 8 psi on a stock 2.0 motor they said it wouldnt blow. So yeah if it does ill smack em around silly.
