a/f guage install???

what wire do i hook the purple wire on a/f guage to on my o2 sensor??

What year is your car?

If its like 03+ You have to get an additional o2 bung welded in. The stock ones apparently dont like the gauges :-p

if it is 00-02, the black with dark-green stripe.

yeah its a 02, but i jus got the 2.2 stroker motor from howell.. so im not sure what sensors are in it.. i guess ill check it n see... thanks tho... if i got n e more questions ill get back to ya..

yeah uhm i have 2 white a gray and a black... no black and green... any suggestions???

look at the autometer install sheet. If the o2 sensor has two wires, then i'm pretty sure its a non-heated unit. The instructions should say which one to splice in to

I bet his o2 sensor has 1 purple wire and two others, white and black. Those two go to power 12V switched and ground, the other (purple) goes to the black with green striped one - look on the actual harness, and not the o2 plug... they differ.
