My car is a goner
Well i think my car might be a goner possibly. I got hit by a big truck going over 50 from the rear when my car was just sitting still. He left me stranded in a blizzard waiting for the cops and truck to take it to the shop. the bumper of my car was pushed so far froward its now in the middle of my trunk, trunk wont close, both tail lights smashed, muffler broke in 2.
Stupid work for making me come in. The guy just ran after I got his plate number, cops came filed a report and the truck belongs to a company car. My back and neck are :beeped, my wrist is swelling now but the roads are so bad I can't get to the hospital they pulled all vehcials including taxis. I have a friend trying to make it over to my place so that we can get to the hospital sometime today and I'm waiting for a call back from my insurnace company.

That so sucks! Got reared a couple of years ago by a Volvo(douchebag was busy yakking on his cell, and drinking his Latte' to notice that traffic came to a dead stop). Actually the rear ends on FWD cars are easily repaired/replaced. What the shop did was cutoff almost the whole rear and welded a new rear section on. Then again the shop that did the work is pretty top-notch, they used the factory weld points to mate the new rear section.

Hope you fell better Alya! The next couple of days are gonna suck. Just rest and relax.

I know all about the sciatic nerve (never knew how to spell it). I've been running for the last 9 years in formation (army). And my right side hip to my right knee will get bad nerve pain from time to time. I know it's bad enough to make you not want to move an inch, the pain is that bad. I'm sorry, I hope it gets better.

SUE>>>>>>>> The fuck out of the other guy... Then buy yourself what ever you want.... The when its all said and done take a pic like Dave Chappelle with money in your hands and say "I'm Rich Bitch". Don't forget to post it.. I hope you do feel better though. When I got in my car accident they told me I had facet joint syndrome in my lower spine.. Acts up once in a while. It lasts for about 5 min or so and the only way I can stand the pain is if I get in the fetal position and whimper like a little bitch... I got 7K after paying the lawyer and court fees and crap.

Well in my part of Canada they have a 2500$ soft tissue damage cap unless you have perm damage and if it effects your job. Well its already effected my job cause I can't sit on a plane for 4 hours. hop into a rental car for a few hours then install a network cause it hurts to lift stuff so if I'm still sore in a few months my lawyer told me to call him cause that 2500$ cap can be put out the window. I probably wont settle for over a year though to see how much money I can get. So far they haven't even given me an offer of money yet. the guy hit and run so i'm planning on going after him since I did get his plate.
