Oh and definitely tint them

i have a pair of amits tails.... best set of tails ive ever seen. smooth as glass. even when running fringer from a tinted part to a non tinted part... incredible. dont bash the man dammit!03_SXT wrote:Trust me, easier said than done. You can use 500 to 1000 grit sandpaper if you want too, but they aren't going to turn out very smooth. It's just like painting a car, its all about prep work, how you apply the tint and clearcoat, and how you finish them off.
Your car will look great with a set tinted tail lights though, just make sure you mask off the reverse light, it will look really nice. Please, don't tint them too dark, no one will be able to see you brake...
