Battery Help?

i just bought a new battery for my car...but i cant get the old battery out...is there a tie down or something...cause it wont budge

Yeah...look directly BEHIND the battery, attatched to the base that it sits on. There is one bolt on the front of the battery tray, and one on theback. The back one is kinda hard to get too....but you will see it, loosen them both and you are good to go.

There is only one bolt...in the back. The front one holds the mount in place and does not need to be removed for battery removal.

patriot is right.

The one in the back is a bolt with a 13mm head on it. the one in the front, holds the battery tray in place, dont touch that one.
