thats because i spent too many hours on it... id rather spend too much time, than not spend enough and have it come out like crap... i hate having my name attached to bad work so id rather over-do it

the glass-beader wasnt working too well recently, it seemed like it wasnt shooting out glass... only air :? i pulled the glass feed line... there was a mummified stinkbug in there that was clogging it up - works like a champ now! that could explain why it didnt clean up that manifold sufficiently (the r/t ernie)

I was going to say you should use sand blaster on alum, the final product is usually pretty sweet looking.

I did that on my ebay intake and then clear coated it and it looked bad ass.

Yeah, what I have in mind is you doing it as a side business! I don't have one to be done personally right now, but if I did I would be all over this. Your work is wonderful...and no matter how OCD it is....it's better to be that way.

how do you know about my OCD :)?

but yeah, if you want something done id be glad to do it... my glass-beader can only handle small to mid size pieces though... i had to seperate the intake manifold just to blast it though
