NeeD HelP MAJOR problem

ok ....

heres the deal....

drove home on tuesday night from my mom/dads house to where i am lving now with my woman..4 hour drive...

had to stop at work to find out what i worked on wednesday..left it out by the curb, woman in the car, flashers on while i ran inside to check on my hours...

5 mins later i come out..and get in the car..and i notice the car isnt running..i asked my woman what happened...

she said "the car just shut itself off and came back on..when it came back on all the guages were at the "turned off" position..meaning gas guage at E, speedo at bottom, and tach at 0 (like engine isnt running), temp guage a C."

i said ok..turned the flashers off.sat for a sec..then started the car..started up fine and everything and drove home..

next morning started the car up..to let it warm up b4 i went to work...car shut itself off again and back on..this time all the guages went back to where they were before the car shut off...

werid thing is..there is NO CEL, i tried checking codes..no codes..oil just changed..and i cant figure out what is going on...

NE HELP is appreciated...

I had a similar problem not too long ago(ok, so it was a year and sum change ago), check to see if u have a loose ground cable. Mine was the one comin off the ECU. My prob was worse cuz it got me locked out when I got out to fix it after the whole car shut off while drivin down the road. Haven't had a prob since.
