It's just a "Cross Screen" fliter, really awsome buy they are ussually less than $10 as well.

How come in the first pic the car has a lip, but doesnt in the rest?

The first car is a Black Magic Pearl 2005 GLI, and the bottom one (mine) is a Uni-Black 2001 Wolfsburg.
