well here is my neon, I really love it had it for close to 20 months
i got it when it had 71,560 miles 20 months later 122,226 miles
I really take care of it
BTW the rims came with the car

mods are simple :D
MSD cables
CAI
Custom Transmission Cooler
Guage cluster with Tact

Future mods
Tint
Exhaust
Rear Disk Brakes
MSD Ignition Coil

Looks good. When I first looked at the 1st picture at the top, it looked like your wheels were floating.

dont bother with the MSD coil and with the rear disks (unless you race)... the MSD coil wont really do anything for power, and try getting good front pads first before getting rear disks, coz unless brake fade is your problem, you're not gonna stop THAT much faster at all. on the other hand, when i autocross the neon, i need to let it cool off every 2-3 runs coz the pedal becomes really mushy real quick ( but we have a big course locally, where you go around the full NASCAR oval plus through the middle)

yeah disc brakes are only better at cooling, not stopping. drums are actually more efficient at slowing the car down in many cases. They dont let off heat nearly as well as rotors, making them good for cars on the street, but bad for constant braking (track/spirited driving).

Back in the day they had 4 drum brakes. :lol: Night picturs really do hide the wheel gap good. haha kidding!

they still do in India :shock: reason being, if one car started stopping significantly faster than all the others, everyone else would just plow into them all the time :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol:
