um...if u are running stock tires it's somewhere around 30 for all the tires, check the tire placard in the driver's door.

If u are running 45 on stock tires you could easily have a blow out...

if you are doing alot of highway driving you can usually up it to 32 or so. On my R/T 32 is recommended, and 35 is recommended for highway driving.

Generally the reccomended psi is 32, when the tires are cold. I think once they heat up they hit about 40-ish

Sorry... this is where my ignorance shines brightly.... why would you want to run pressures other than the recommended? I was always under the impression that it was not a good thing....

my tires have a max cold psi of 42, i run 36 psi for performance and even wear. (around 10% less then max rated cold psi). when i go on road trips i run around 38psi.

Well, with the understeer a neon has, I like to run more pressure up front and lower in the rear... Thats supposed to make it oversteer more than it would normaly. I found it helped a little, but I think the goodyear Integrity tires that came on my car are just too soft to grip. Hell, even with all my suspension mods the tires still scream when I turn sharp at 45mph

er....better fuel economy at the cost of less traction? Why not just run recommended to be safe? :P

My tires on my old Ford Ranger used to be pumped up to the max recommended pressure on the tire...and i had the tread blow apart on the highway doing 70..most likely from overinflation.

always a couple of psi under max...unless I am going to go racing or something then I'll let some out at the track for traction.

Depends on what you are doing. If you are stock then close to factory is just fine. Maybe a couple extra if loaded for a trip but day to day stay stock.

Now when modding you car, then you have to fine out what you need. Chalking tires depending on how you drive will help find good pressures for your driving style and your cars new setup. With my current setup I find 36 front and 28 rear is real good. Flat even tire wear even. Before modding 32 32 was best for me.

there are two recomended tire pressures, one on the tire and one on the door.

the tire psi will get you good life

the door psi will get you a good ride.

that said i try to stay about 38 - 40 on tires that are 44 max. but i have slipped and they have been 32 - 35 lately.

38 most of the time. If I feel like having fun I lower the front tire pressure to mid-low 20s (more traction in front = less spinning wheels and more oversteer)
