SRT Springs on 2gn Neon = Raise or Drop?
Well it seems that SRT springs with 2gn struts= drop but SRT springs & struts= raise? Did I get that right?
I installed 2004 SRT springs and struts into my Neon first the back which I got less than a 1/2" drop, which I was satisfied with...but then with the SRT springs and struts on the front my Neon looks like a rally car...at first I thought it would settle and go down a little but it seems to be settled. The front was raised about 3/4"...now is this raise because of th strut or the springs because I was thinking of leaving the back as is and using th srt struts with my stock front springs...will that make a difference?

It'll still make it look like a monster truck, just with bigger tires
Also throwing bigger tires on it to fill in that gap will just throw your speedometer a little or a lot depending on how big you go. For example, on my SRT swapped Neon I'm running R/T size tires which are smaller. If I'm doing around 85mph according to the speedometer I'm really doing about 80mph. Yours will be the opposite though, if you're doing 80 you might be doing 85... just depends on how much larger of a tire you put on.

try the mopar stage 1 springs. i believe they drop it about 1" (maybe 1.2") in the front and 1.5" in the rear. they ride really nice and give the car a drop but don't slam it to the ground like other lowering springs.

Hey guys,
Stage 1 springs are the same as SRT-4 springs if you use the SRT strut. I found this out this past weekend.
Here my combination
2001 Neon 2.0 / auto
SRT Struts
Stage 1 springs
205/50/17 SRT wheels
Guess what? It measures to within a 1/8 inch of my production
04 SRT-4
If you use the stock Neon struts and the SRT springs it should lower the car but you can not run a 205/50/17 because the lower strut perch will hit the tire.
And yes the speedo is off but only 3-4 mph..... I'm working on finding the correct speedo gear...The speedo reads 65 I'm really doing 68.54 currently
Cheers.....
