Dealers do pinstriping?

Post by glasswars » Mon Oct 16, 2006 4:07 pm

Do they? I always see neons with small pinstripes down the side and I think it looks so good and I'm like "ooo maybe this person likes neons" but it's always like some milf or something. I think my car would look bangin' with some silver ones.

I believe so yes, they're the ones that pinstripe them. My white one had it when I bought it but I took it off b/c it didn't look right

Dealer make megga bucks off the pinstripping. You can buy more than enough stripping to do it yourself for about 5 bucks at an autoparts store. The dealers charger 90 bucks plus for those two tiny little stripes. So, they just made an extra 85 bucks off the buyer. They get it any way they can. :?

Mine came with some graphics on it. I waited until the summer to remove it. I've been happy since ;).

Real pinstriping is done with a brush.... I've been practiing it for a couple months now.... Hard crap, but looks better than stick on stuff. If thats what you want, go to auto zone... lay down a a tape line thats straight, then lay down your stickers... Easy enough
