every avatar i put up its not available...Why is that.. Or is it because its to big..can someone help me pretty peease

Yah I talked to you on AIM and the pic you have is much too big. You'll need to find one smaller where it must be smaller than 100x100 in size and smaller than 10KB in file size.

My Avatar is 71x100 and 1.61KB in size

That should give you an idea how big it can be.
