This is what i was looking for.
It says it is for a 00-02 DODGE NEON AT/MT + Tach.
But it looks the same as an 03-05.
Either way I am swaping for an SRT-4 Cluster but for the people that arent would it also work with the 03-05 models?

well, I asked him if these would work with the 03+ neons and his reply was NO.
I dont know why they would not work. It looks Exactly the same as the 03+.
does anyone know if these work or dont work?

The cluster never changed between 2000 and 2005, unless you have an R/T with the 140 MPH speedo, it should work fine.
