Post by tamadrumr88 » Wed Jan 12, 2005 7:37 pm

im just wonderin about my cars weight because ive only gotten an approxiamate amount so far. autos.msn.com shows my r/t should weight about 2724lbs.... but im not sure what options theyre counting. for example, i have no sunroof, fold down rear seats, no leather, but the 4disc in-dash cd player, power front windows, no cruise control, interior still 100% intact, spare tire and jack remain in trunk, etc. car is not stripped at all but ive got no sunroof.... anyone have any idea???

from what i recall, i think someone who weighed their fully loaded R/T (leather, roof ect) came in at around 2750 or so pounds.

I've seen so many different numbers though that i think the best bet would be to weigh it yourselft.

go to a truckstop, pay $$, jump on scale. done.

or, pull into a state operated weight station along the interstate and see if they will way you.
