I got a really bad valvetrain noise. I need to know the gap for the valves for a magnum motor so I can adjust them.

There Non adjustable, what oil are you running? Its been proven here in 2GN that depending on the oil you use, it will get rid of the valve train noise every neon is known for.
I run Royal Purple now and it got rid of my major valve train noise. Using Mobil 1 even warmed up I was clattering at intersections. Do a little research here in the forum on oils and you will get a lot of info and testimonials....

4qts of Royal Purple 5w20 + 1 qt Lucas Oil stabilizer = 1 silent neon.
