Taking off dash cover

Post by speedracer » Mon Nov 06, 2006 4:15 pm

What's up people. Anyway, other than removing the two a-pillars and the two phillips head screws, what else do I need to do to completeley remove the dash? I can pop the front off but I can't detatch it where it meets the windshield. I have the hayne's manual and read it and thier instructions on the point seem vague. According to them I should have had no trouble disengaging it, but this is not the case (especially for dumbasses like me).

in the center, where the grates for the window defrost vent is, there is two screws... one on each side

unscrew those, and you're good to go!
