Pople with NO people skills. people that cut you off 3 words after you start talking because they feel like you don't know what you are talking about. Smart ass people FTMFL. i just wanna strangle dem people like that. Bosses that give you too much shit to do And then they go home i wouldn't say too much shit about honda owners, cuz honda owners are cool in Las Vegas. Half of them are turbocharged and will spank an srt-4 any day. SRT-4 OWNERS IN LAS VEGAS AREA. just because they have an srt-4 they think they are the shits on the road. (not true) I don't even want to talk about people cutting me off on the road......it's common in LV area.

goth/emo/depressed people that think their lives are so hard and dark when nothing bad has ever happened to them.....people w/too much of daddy's money to spend and not enough shit to waste it on....guys that think sex is everything in the world and give us good guys a bad name because girls think all guys are pigs which is very untrue

702Neon... one of your hates stuck in my head

I had a boss that would not finish what he started. I'd be working or something, he'd come help out then leave in the middle of it and everyday I'd have to finish it. He wouldn't say anything like "could ya finish this for me, I've gotta go... be a boss or whatever", he's just walk away. That irritated me sooo much I said screw it one day and didn't bother finishing it and left it there for the whole day, didn't touch it or lift a finger. I figure if he wanted to play that game I can play it just as well as he can and if anyone was going to clean up his mess it'd be him and not me. Later that day his boss over him walked through the area and asked why wasn't it finished, I said that he started it and never finishes it and just leaves it there... he can finish it today b/c I'm not doing it anymore. Five minutes later he stroles out with a pissed look on his face and finishes it about 3-5 hours after when it should of been done

After that never had a problem and he finished what he started haha. Didn't have a problem with him otherwise but just the way he managed people got under my skin. Good friend but bad boss... I'm usually Mr. Nice Guy that doesn't like to piss many people off but cross my line enough I'll feed yer crap right back at ya and give ya a taste of your own medicine. Once you've been screwed enough you pickup on how to screw people back

What else... the drivers that weave through traffic and can't wait in traffic like everyone else. I personally make it my civic duty to keep those people from getting ahead. One person even spit at my car once, amazing how wind affects where spit travels, it's like peeing into the wind

People that have a wide turn ahead such as at a big intersection where they can take the turn easily at around 10mph slower than normal traffic yet creep around the bend at 5mph. Drives me nuts... Same goes for the people that can't yield or merge onto the interstate lol

Employers that lie to you at your job interview saying "you're going places" yet when you're hired and work your ass off the person thats training you doesn't want to tell you anything and holds you back. Had that happen at the last job and I just gave up, started to not care anymore and surfed the net most of the day. Tired telling them I'll learn anything they put me on but then my lead (also my trainer) sticks me on a mind numbing task doing a 30 page step by step process, some steps taking 15+ minutes to complete. In waiting for those steps to finish I'd jump on the net then get told I'm on the net too much oh and BTW... we're going to change your hours to 2nd shift, I'm sure you're okay with that though. Sure, I'm okay with that... NOT! Told them I can't work that shift b/c thats why I took this job when they offered it to me when I was working at my last job. Said thats too bad, I'd have to do it anyway and they can't get someone on 2nd shift to come in only an hour or so earily and instead I have to come in 4-5 hours later

Did the shift for I think 2 days then gave my resignation after I sat on my ass most of the night, explored the building and watched TV in the break room b/c they wasn't' anything for me to do while I was there. Said they're idea was dumb, they didn't listen... so I quit. Talked to some people in HR that I knew and even they told me my boss gave me a raw deal and shouldn't of done that. Sorry but I was pissed at my last job for making me work a stupid schedule and be there for 12+ hours each day not giving me much of a live and not even giving me shift diff when I was working 3rd shift weeks and coming in on several weekends. I'm not going through all that again with not even having a "Good Job" come from their mouths.

One last thing for the night... people that lie or deceive me. That is probably the biggest thing that pisses me off. If I catch someone in a lie they're telling me or I find out later they lied to me or they're trying to deceive me... eh, I loose all respect for them what-so-ever.

Okay... thats enough for one night haha.

Jason, it sounds like we could swap employment stories. I could bore everyone with the tale of how I walked out on a 13-year salaried IT position and was so ticked at the industry that I went to truck driving school and haven't looked back but I won't.

My current complaint is deer! On average, I have been encountering one every other day on my job and those aren't good odds. I almost totalled a Chevy Astro van when I hit one in '99 and I really don't want to collide with one in my current work vehicle (Subaru Impreza wagon). Really makes me paranoid about the darn critters when I am driving my SRT home after being in Bambipalooza all night on my job.

Yes, too much typing, I know.

People asking me if I saw something or tell me to look at something when I'm already looking right at it.

People that ask questions they already have an answer for or when you say no they ask why you said no and why you didn't say yes and then try to convince you to say yes or do it anyway even if you said no. Like...

"Do you want to go to the mall?"
"No"
"You sure you don't want to go to the mall?"
"Yes"
"Why don't you want to go to the mall?"
"Because I don't want to go to the mall!!!!"
"Well we're going to the mall anyway..."

That girl works her ass off, and people are really stingy with tips these days.

I always make sure to give my waiter/waitress a good tip, people really don't know how much of a PITA that job really is.

People that get pissed off about not getting tipped, when they can go out and get an education, get a better job, instead of blamming it on how our society somehow decided that tipping should be customary.

my girl works in the serving business as well, and i 100% know what youre talking about chris. and sully, before suggesting that someone who serves in a resturaunt for a living get an education and a better job, try pulling in almost $1000 a WEEK at the age of 18. Id be willing to bet YOU dont make much more than that now. considering youre on a neon forum, where the word of the week is budget (no offense everyone, but we all know that none of us are rollin in dough haha... yet.)

People who don't have a clue about what they just quoted, mainly because they can't read properly, totally missing the point.

Example: If Chris's girl pulled in more then a $1000 a week in serving, he wouldn't have come on here and complained about it
