cars knocking/surging /making weird nosies help!

ok so i just finished swapping from atx to mtx. finally got the car started. the car is a 02 atx. i swapped in the mtx and then i swapped in a 01 r/t pcm. the car starts but then revs with out me pushing down the gas. then it makes some like knocking nosies etc. now is this because i have the mag ecu on a stock engine? or could somthin else cause this. everything is hooked up fine i think...except the reverse light that isnt working.

also it seems like my front brakes are locked up or somthin and i cant push my brake pedal down to much? only thing i did was pull the booster out to remove the pedals didnt disconnect anything. any ideas why this is happingin?

ok so i was out there messing around and found that my tb tube wasnt connected i think that my be why it was suring and acting up?

also could thet be whu the brake isnt working? like maybe the vac line to the master cylinder wasnt getting any vac.
