Clutch bypass and Headlight (2000 Neon)

Anyone ever did an alarm/Rs on a 2000 Neon before? Correct me if I am wrong here the clutch switch is negative switching so... I have 2 wires tapping into each of the 2 clutch wires going to 87 & 30 then I connect (-) starter out put and ( ) fused 12 volt to relay?

Also will I need a relay for the headlights and parking lights? If I tap into the switch wires that turn on the headlight relay there is no need to use another relay right?
