doesnt the computer record mileage on its own.
you would probably have to unplug your speed sensor.
but then you dont know how fast you are going.
i would highly recommend against that. because not only will it fuck you over with your warranty, it will probably fuck up all resale chances or severely decrease its value because there is no proof of how many miles are on the car.
dont do it.
you still have your powertrain warranty til 70,000 miles.

Was going to say the same thing, it's your speed sensor you'd have to unplug but then you wont' know how fast you are. i say if you have ANYTHING wrong with your car, even if it's just a little squeak around your front wheel that you think could develop into something serious take it in and tell them about it. Doing that will document it so if your wheel falls off at 37K, 1K over the warranty, you can come back and tell them you brought it in to have it looked at before the warranty but they didn't fix it... now look. Get my drift? I wouldn't go about trying to get around it b/c if something did happen and it was somehow recorded in another way... you're pretty screwed.racer12306 wrote:doesnt the computer record mileage on its own.
