Since people here like posting pictures of whatever, along with the Off Topic we should have a Off Topic Pictures section maybe?

The subject has come up and most of us felt that the amount of non-neon related pictures wasn't enough to warrant having a off-topic pic post board. I also have the fear that it'd be a prime spot for some people to just post any and every picture they find on the internet just to get the post count up...
