Anyone here fimilar with criminal charges?

What do you think would be the charge for someone trespassing on construction site property would be? Obviously it's different everywhere, but would I really be fudged?

Heres the deal if anyone cares.. me and my friends like to find cool overlooks and cliffs to go hiking at. A couple of towns over their pretty much carving into a mountain to make room for things like WalMart etc, which is kind of upsetting IMO, but in return theres this really sweet cliff that they made: (at the very top)

That picture makes it look really small, it's monstrous in person.
The deal is the walk there is really long, and the main part of the construction site is at the bottom of the mountain, so they could easily see us walking up there. We figured we'd go really late (12 AM) but the place was still friggen open! The site:

This cliff is just begging for me to go on, but I'm figuring the offenses to get caught there (especially taking pictures) would probably be pretty big. Don't know what I expect to hear, just felt like sharing.

Depends on what they would like to stick you with. You could get off with a warning or you could get everything in the book like trespassing, destruction of property, theft, invasion of privacy...etc. That is if you get caught.

I think that trespassing is one of your biggest worries by doing that. It's usually a misdemeanor, but it could be a felony depending on where you live if you have a criminal record. Also, you might be considered to be breaking and entering...which would be a felony if you're using guns or other deadly weapons in the process but usually a misdemeanor otherwise. Taking pictures may be serious (and a felony) if you're snooping through the company's records and totally invading their privacy. But if you take pictures of stuff that is publicly viewable, I'd imagine it wouldn't really be a problem in and of itself...just the trespassing and the breaking and entering.

Is there part of the mountain that is accessible without going through the construction sites? If so, squeeze through there. Then, you'd probably be in the clear. Check all the way around it for a clear spot.
