What would you do with a thousand washington's?
I want kw coilover's but I just can't get past spending it all on one mod.
I think I'm going for progress springs, kirk long tube, catco cat, afx pc and maybe msd ignition set up. I'm performance oriented first, look at my mods. What would you buy for your neon with a grand.

Do I haveta spend it on the neon? Id rather put it in my down payment fund for the new truck.
But if I had to spend it on the neon, Id put it in the bank, to pay for replacement parts and oil changes.

Actually I am seriously looking at suspension parts. I'd like to go faster, but it would be nice to handle better and be lower.

I did that for free.
Its not as appealing as it may sound though. Neons are very cramped.

Go suspension first, I did, and am completely happy I did. However, I spent more than $2500 on my suspension:
Stage II Mopar coilovers
Suspension Techniques adjustable sway bars
Energy Suspensions polyurethane bushings
HA f/r strut tower bars
G-Racing 17" Seki rims w/ 215/40 Parada Spec-2's
Made a hell of a difference, now it's point and shoot steering......and that's at stock ride height(soon to be lowered)
Now then, if I had another $1k, I'd buy the CF hood and trunklid I want so bad.......
