crane #10

so noone ever talks about the crane number 10 and i have purchased one and a AEM cam gear i was curious if changeing the valve springs would be necessary with this cam since it is a mild cam? Also what would be a good starting point for my cam gear in degrees of advanve or retard? I know dyno tuning is the best but what could i set it at till i get money and get a dyno tune? One last thing do i need a new valve cover gasket, spark plug tube seals and cam seals to put the cam in?

I'm pretty sure the 10 wont give you much gains at all. However, if it were me I'd leave the cam gear at 0 until you can dyno tune it.
