MPX UDP!!!!

This is the place to ask questions about your engine components like cams, valves, pistons… just anything that is generally "engine" specific. This also includes questions about exhaust systems such as exhaust manifolds, piping size, mufflers, ect...

Is there a way to get rid of the missfire code that happens at high RPM's? Also is it bad for the motor?

Nope :(

Every '02 does it and I don't believe anyone has figured out how to get rid of it. It doesn't do any harm though.

I get the code once a week - lead foot - and it will go away on its own in a few days, or you can reset the pcm by disconning the pos/neg batt terminals and removing the fuel pump relay.

Yep the afx r ecu took care of that problem. Also the downstream o2 sensor. I'm running no cat and the thing triggered a cel and the next day it was gone and hasnt returned yet (knock on wood).

its obvious why the thing doesnt throw a code. The codebase used for their ecu flash is not from the RT.
