DRL Module

Can some one tellme where the DRL module is loactd in a 2000 Neon.

and how to test it....

Canada = "daytime runnniong lights"

on of my DRL wires is not sending voltage to my bumper light...

Thats all it says on the DRL Module. I would assume that the DRL function was also in the cluster in 2000. Hopefully someone else will chime in with a way to test it.

On My 05 they are activated via a relay in the relay panel that I may or may not have pulled to be able to run with no lights on at all.

this could suck if it is busted that means cluster.....

Wouldn't surprise me if it were the relay or busted wire somewhere.
