Those of you who are into bowling a little bit may appreciate this, others probably not.

I was bowling in my weekly league and I overheard someone saying that a certain person was there. I looked up and sure enough he was. I grabbed my spare ball, cleaned it off as best I could and took it up to him. He signed it for me.

For those that can't read what it says,

Walter Ray Williams Jr.

The winningest bowler in history. A man that people should look up to for pure professionalism in a sport.

Just thought I'd share my joy.

Anyone know where I can get a bowling ball stand?

That reminds me...in high school, I took a phys. ed. class (called "Recreation") for which bowling and playing cards were the main themes! Every Friday that semester was bowling day...I was lucky if I scored above 100, but I still got an A in Recreation

I'm such a fatass...I know.

pro am tourny?

i was going to bowl in the pro am that was just in baltimore but about a month ago i decided i wasnt consistant enough to be in a tourny yet.

ever bowled a 300? my dad hit a 298 and the PBA sent him a big fat badass ring... he doesnt wear his wedding ring.. but he sure as hell wears his 298 game ring.
