how to tigten ebrake?

my ebrake is pretty loose..it sometimes doesnt grab ! u have to pull it up really slow and even then sometimes it wont grab!! anyone know how to tighten it? thanks

I think our you just roll in neutral and pull it up or something stupid... I can never remember.
