Fun times.

Post by Acorus » Thu Dec 21, 2006 12:27 am

For all those curious the story goes:

Early this year I recieved my car, "yaay." shortly after I purchased a body kit! (Also we moved from a suburb of Indianpolis to Lafayette and had to leave the stock bumpers) Good idea right?! Great performance uprade no? Anyway, a few weeks later, I lent my car to my older brother. Who proceeded to back into a basketball goal and bend the fender, and magically dent the door where the handle is. I doubt he actually hit a basketball pole, but thats the story I recieved. And over time the fender has now rusted ect. After that I was parked in my driveway behind my mom's ginormous Chevy '05 Trailblazer. Feeling that hey, its obvious she will see the car when she steps out the door to leave and have me move it. (Provided she even leaves.) Well, about 20 minutes later she walks into my room and informs me that it was my fault she backed into my car and left a nice 3 inch hitch hole in my fiberglass bodykit. Mind you, the driveway is a single car driveway. And I had parked a decent 10 feet behind her. And then proceeded to tell me that I was going to pay for it. If you'd like to see my car and run a myspace heres a linky or two.

And my friends have taken to lovingly make fun of my car. It is moderatly hilarious the looks I get when I drive around town.

Soy Sauce anyone?

No thanks, you need it more than I do with that much rice :P

Bahhhhhahahahaaha... okay, bad attempt at a funny :(

But yah, the bumpers are really killin it for ya, hopefully you find some replacement soon b/c the kit just well, looks, ummm... begins with a U and ends in GLY  Hopefully you get the damaged fixed though. Like KrackstaR said, for 16 I'd say you're doing pretty well.

You've got almost the same car as me just without the body kit. I wonder what's worse: uncolored bodykits or faded bumpers, which what I have, lol.

Get them painted and new wheels and you're all set :D Not bad for a starter car.

Heh, soy sauce. At least it's not duck or fish sauce...
