one peice?

Post by boxcarfan » Tue Dec 26, 2006 2:15 pm

is the neon clutch kit a one peice deal? cause i need a new one and got one, and its just one whole peice. it looks like the back side bolts up to the flywheel and the other side is the input shaft. i havnt done many clutches, so im taken it somewhere to get it put in, its just oem aftermarket clutch, fenco dynapak. and its just got the bearing and the clutch is just one whole big peice. can anyone explain to me how it works. i just wanna know. thanks.

neons use a modular clutch. it's so that during assembly the manufacturer can use an atx flexplate on both atx and mtx cars. the clutch comes complete as a package which includes the flywheel, pressure plate and clutch disc.
ooh...there's a glimmer of the dream left!!!
