AFAIK, there's no difference for a TB between Mag and non-Mag motors. I'm using the same Modern Performance 60MM TB on my Mag motor as I used on the original non-Mag motor. The difference is in the CAI. The CAI tube section that goes from the intake manifold to the TB is different. On a Mag motor, the tube is bent, on a non-Mag it's straight. A possible problem is if the TB isn't set up for the cruise control. Cruise control requires two tracks for the cables, one for the throttle cable and one for the cruise control cable. I don't have cruise on my car, so it isn't an issue.

i got it all in, the throttle feels real hard, do i need to move the throttle wire over one to make it feel normal, or do the 60mm throttle bodies feel that way normally.

:hijacked: i have a question that relates to the same part as the original post so i figured i'd post here instead of starting a new thread.

i just got a LFS TB and i need to know if it will work in an ATX. i tried to put it in today but found three things wrong, first off is that i was missing some bolts for the cable bracket, second was that said bracket needed some dremaling, those two problems are easily solved the big problem is the 3rd one, there is no place to attach the ATX kickdown line. is it absolutly nessecary. is there a way to bypass it , or circomevent it, or can i fabricate something to take the place of the missing line track, or is this an MTX mod only,

is the reaction long or does it literally feel its hard when you press down on the gas? If your cable is a bit loose then loosen up your clamps and push your throttle body to the right, closer to the main cai pipe and then tighten your clamps down again.

Kevo

I believe he means resistance in the accelerator....you can unwind the spring a time or two to make it easier to push
me and my car have a give and take relationship

it gives me shite and i take it

when you depress the pedal is when it is harder than stock, or the resistance in the pedal when it is being depressed, i think it is just the spring is tighter than stock
