Does anyone know if this wheel/tire combo will work? I know the BBS wheel & tire set from an ACR with a wheel offset of 40 mm will. The wheels I'm looking at are 16x7 but have a 33mm offset. Great for clearing the struts if I wanted to run a taller tire, but will the tires run into the fender lips with this offset?
These are the wheels.

You're gonna rub your fenders......33mm offset is too far out on our cars, I wouldn't go more than 35, or lower than 45.

I think 35mm offset is what you want. Well, the lowest anyways.

My wheels are 17x7.5 with 35mm offset and they're even with the fenders. Considering these are only 7" which will reduce the amount protruding compared to my 7.5 by 1/4" and tack on the 2MM that it'd stick out. I'd say that those wheels would be pretty even with the fenders as well or stick out less than a 17x7.5 w/ 35mm.
If you are lowered too much or you're springs aren't very stiff, small sway bars, ect.. anything that causes you to have a lot of suspension travel, you will hit your fenders though. So if you do have that problem consider upgrading your suspension first before your wheels.

Oh well I'll see if I can find something with a 40mm offset that I like. I am looking at a suspension upgrade to though, but after I get the wheels. The
BC racing inverted coilovers look interesting.

Ive helped install a set of BC Racing Inverted Coils on Chris (LamboStealths) car ( the guy that posted above you that said the tires would not fit) for a magazine install guide, he is also a vender for them for this board. There are pictures in his vender thread located below. I am the idiot trying to jack up the car etc etc

Also, a review and comparison of a older model of BC Racing Coilovers by my friend Justin if you're interested in the general quality of their products.

I have handled both of them, and helped with install twice, and I was generally impressed with the quality. If you have any questions, I'm sure Lambo could help you out.

Thanks for those links. I'll be checking back on the one to see who the vendors are when LamboStealth posts them.

Actually, Lambo is one of the vendors, you can order through him, and the BR series are ready to ship from what I understand.
