so i have this friend.....

so my "friend" went out last night with some other friends and drank a little bit till the bar closed. then the party continued at someones house. there was more alcohol, some interesting conversations... and then there was a little bit of "smoking". now my "friend" doesn't do this much and its probably been about 3 years since his last time. so needless to say is that he is a little bit worried... now i told him that since he dosen't do it often at all, that it wouldn't stay in his system for very long and probably be clear in a couple of weeks. you see... the issue is that he is thinking about finding another job. how long do you guys think till its "all clear"?

well, my "friend" used to "smoke" a few years ago, and "he" knows alot about this "subject"

Tell your "friend" to work out alot, and drink water, and it'll be out of "his" system in a matter of weeks, no problem. The working out helps to get the THC out of the muscles, and the water helps to clense the body.

Your "friend" should be 100% clear in about a month, able to pass a piss test in about two weeks.

GNC sells "detox" kits that'll clean your "friend" out in EVERY way. Opi is right about the TONS of water. The "detox" kits work especially good on Life Insurance tests too..

Just be careful not to drink an excessive amount of water immediately before any drug tests. I've heard that if the sample is too watered-down they can't get a good test reading on it. Also, the less you do it, the quicker your system can metabolize it, so you should be fine.

from what i have heard... your "friend" should be ok in a few days, because "he" doesnt do it that often. "his" system isn't saturated with it. cranberry juice will clean out your "friend's" system too.
i had a buddy that smoked the night before a piss test, drank an entire gallon of cranberry juice, that night, and passed the piss test.

"me" i mean my friend smoked the night b4 a drug test(didnt know it was coming) and passed.... drank a gallon of water, 3 tylenols and when you take the test piss in the toilet first then piss in the cup and then finish in the toilet......the beginning of your piss and end are the dirtiest....

piss numerous times b4 you take your test so your pee is clear

My friend also knows a good deal about this subject and his expertise extends a little further beyond the normal everyday person since he is trained in the area of Drug Testing.

My friend says..... If a person does not smoke much, the odds of it staying in his system for a long time are greatly reduced. Most drug tests are designed to catch the heavy user, someone who has a large amount of THC built up in their system. Unless your friend is trying to get a job at NASA or the FBI, he should be good to go. However..... if your friend wishes to be on the safe side and doesn't want to go through unnatural steps..... Drink at least a gallon of water a day, take a one a day vitamin supplement (check to make sure its rich in B12), eat at least one grapefruit a day for a week, and drink as much cranberry juice as your friend can stomache.

Those are all tell tale signs also when someone is prepping for a drug test. B12 is natures diuretic and it also stimulates muscle regrowth, very popular with body builders. Grapefruit is a natural metabolism booster, also popular with the Atkins diet (yeah the guy who invented the all meat diet and died as a vegetable). And cranberry juice is known for its cleansing abilities. If your friend is really worried.....he should try some of those.

Ok, pothead, look here - first, you need to drink plenty of fluids, including things like juices (cranberry ftw!!!) and get plenty of exercise to work it out of things like your muscles. THC stays in the sysem for a good month, but in the hair it will be there for a good 6 months or so. Trim your nails often, considering they only grow about 1/8in a week, and if you haven't already, shave your head often.

POTHEAD.

Hey, don't think I haven't done it before. My main point is, if you realize you are looking for a new job then maybe you should pass, atleast wait til you get the new job.

Also, not to be the sole stick in the mud but the only outcome I see here is that your worried/paranoid about piss testing. Sounds like a good time.
