-unorthadox underdrive pully -- def a good idea
-crane camshaft w/ crane valvesprings - what cam? have all the bolt ons and headers/ bigger TB to get the most outta a bigger cam... and a raised rev limiter
-headers (dont know which to get) magnum exhaust is good, any longtube is ok too,
-wings west RS racing 8pc kit (without fender flares)
-magnaflow dual outlet catback exhaust. 2.5 inch is recommened with a big cam
-AEM camgear
-MSD ignition spark plug wires

i would add a cai if u do not have one, mm inserts or solid ones.

i think that works.. its been a while since i was na.. forgetting stuff. other will chime in if I missed something or whatever

Instead of the Unorthadox just get the ebay look-a-like. I have the real thing and it was the exact same as my buddies fake. Weight and all.

Moved to the General Discussion area as this is a question pertaining to parts and not a review of the parts.

i highly adivse against the big body kit....trust me if you drive it daily you will hate it within the first month....i cant go over speed bumps, i cant exit parking lots that angle down, and it just sucks big time....go with a lip kit....it looks good and wont fuck up your new paint in the first few days

Lip kit? which lip kits do you think i should go with? I really want some type of lip or (body kit) that has a dual outlet cutout for dual exhaust in the rear...thats the biggest reason i want a kit. can you link me to a few sites and pics please? I would appreciate it a lot man.

Thanks!

Hell, he wont have a problem with the WW kit.
Those bumpers sit up HIGH. I think it actually only sets MAYBE a 1/4" lower than the stock bumper.

....will that "cover" still come with that dual outlet cutout it shows? I dont see how thats possible in a cover...

*shrugs* I don't know anything about the Wings West kit.

If you need to know, call them and ask. I'm 95% positive that the wings west kit is a direct replacement, and not a lip by any way, shape, or form.

i agree, but if you really want a look of a body kit, i'd suggest just get the bumpers and sideskirts of an srt. i think they look better than any body kit on the market to be honest with you.

Or...get the R/T stuff, although probably much harder to find. :)

What are your goals with the car? Do you want 200hp or what?

Seriously, before you purchase any performance mods, tell us what you want to do.

Yea, see, you have all these people saying "save your money, go sleeper"

but... don't listen to them. Seriously.

Do what you want to YOUR car. It's not there's, they don't look at it every day. If you want a body kit, throw it on.

Live and learn.

oh.. you posted already.

If you want 200hp, go turbo. It's the only way.

You CANNOT get up to 200hp on a N/A 2.0 engine, unless you want to dump ALOT of money.

And don't ask what's involved in a turbo... i have a feeling your going to... just search and learn.

-unorthadox underdrive pully (any UDP is a good idea, I have MPx and love it)
-crane camshaft w/ crane valvesprings (get 12 or 14...apparently 14 needs fuel management to run properly...or budget get a mag cam and springs)
-headers (dont know which to get)...I have a mag header, didn't do much. Get a cermaic coated LT with high flow cat
-wings west RS racing 8pc kit (without fender flares) not a fan of body kits but it is up to you if you prefer show to go.
-magnaflow dual outlet catback exhaust
-AEM camgears (you only need one)
-MSD ignition spark plug wires...no performance benefit. Save the money and get something else like a CAI or a K&N drop in filter.

also if it is a manual, you may want to consider a STS (short throw shifter) and shift boogers. Get some prothane motor mounts as well (get the red race mounts). There are lots of ways to dump $$$ into you car, so figure out what you want to do before you start dropping the $$$.

what do you guys think?

i have a 2005 neon sxt

Basically they are inserted into your transmission mount. They help firm up the mount for firmer shifting and less movement of the transmission.

Poly mods? The only thing i can think of might by polyurethane..i think the transmission and motor mount inserts are polyurethane, but i could be wrong.

Basically..you could use motor mount inserts, transmission mount insert, cold air intake, (R/T) magnum header, magnum (R/T) axleback exhaust

Crane Cam 12 or 14 depending on how far you want to go, the 14 is more aggressive, but you need more supporting mods.

You can also go with a Magnum head, but that would require a head swap, though, you would see some nice gains with a magnum head.
