ECM part number reverse lookup

Post by satrnbmb » Thu Jan 04, 2007 11:00 pm

OK guys I've got one to stump you.

P05033080AB

It's a part number of an ECU I'm thinking of buying for a AFX core, but I can't match it up with any of the numbers in the 00, 01, or 02 catalogs. The closest I could find was an 088 or 089 number and both of those belong to the 1.6L export engines. I'm basically trying to see what year car it's from and what transmission it's set for.

Any more markings on the pcm?
Vin#'s
Casting#'s
or atleast a picture of it...
That above number is not a legit part number....

This is what he sent me:

ok, Chrysler PN is P05033080AB 0503

and Module SN is T29EH18800M8OX

The number on the top right is 3080AB

if those are no help either, let me know. I'll see if I can get any other numbers from him

Thank you for looking man. I think I'm going to pass on it as he has reconfirmed those numbers. The AFX programming seems really touchy and the least I can do to limit any problems would be to make sure the thing I'm sending them is the right part.

All you need to do is find an 01-02 MTX pcm and send that in, save your R/T pcm since there hard to find

Why not just start up a new thread about it in general?
