E-brake rattle.

E-brake rattle.
Whenever I fire the car up in the morning my ebrake handle just sits there and rattles. It's beyond annyoing. When I take off it's fine but when iI come to a stop it does it again. What can I do to stop this. Thnaks guys.

I took out my center console and went to town under their tightening everything I could find. I dont know what is was but the rattle is gone! Thanks.
