How do you install 4pts using rear seatbelt mounting points?

Still haven't bolted the 4pts in yet. Just wondering if any of you had pictures of how you installed the 4pts using the rear seat belt mounting points under the rear seat. I'm just a little but confused how you can bolt them in there and still have the bottom section of the rear seat in the car. Pics or suggestions about the mounting point would be a huge help, thanks guys - ryan

I do not think that is very safe, nor the correct way to do it. If I recall, you NEED to have a bar/rollcage that is bolted into the frame which goes across the back of the seats to do correctly.

Ok, first things first. I know you bought these for safety. DO NOT BOLT THEM TO THE REAR FLOOR SEAT BOLTS. I REPEAT...DO NOT.
I say this because its just asking for a broken back. You need to have them at an angle no less than 45 degrees and no more than 90 degrees. I can't tell you how many times I've pull numerous idiot ricers out of cars that had them bolted to the floor bolts. It basically compresses your spine if you get into a crash.

Bolt them into you rear seat belt mounts. I would have preferred to do three piont, but to each his own. Good luck with this and let me know how it turns out. Be safe.

I think my first post is kinda confusing what I was trying to ask. I was planning on bolting them into the rear seat belt mounts. Not to the floor ( back mounts of driver/passenger seat), I think thats what you were thinking I was planning on doing.

I read on here before that it is safe to bolt them into the rear seat belt mounts (under your back seats) which I was planning on doing. Bottom line, is it safe?

no, there talking about actuall removing the bottom portion of the rear seat, and removing the bolt that holds the female end of the rear seat belts. then attaching the harness to that bolt.

i installed them last night, i was pleased to find out that i can still get the lower portion of the rear seat back in even with the 4pts mounted back there. i still need to adjust them a bit and do something about the shoulder pads, they're stiff and uncomfortable.. i appreciate the help, thanks guys
