9007 HID into projectos?

Has anyone been able to install 9007 HID bulbs into a projector housing??

I am trying to decide on ebay projectors or some Acura TL Projectors but I dont want to change my existing bulbs.

any insite would be great:)

I've never heard of a set of projectors that use a 9007 style HID bulb. Could just be me, though.

Rear projectors usually take a D2S type bulb which is fairly specific to HID bulbs best I know.

The eBay projectors I think take H1 which is different from 9007 so again, won't fit.

where would you get some H1 projectors from? I'm thinking of doing the 2nd gen projectors off ebay but adding HID's to them.......heard some good things about it

ok, thats what I thought, and I know the differences between them I was just wondering if anyone had shaved down the base of the 9007 to make it fit.. I mean it is only plastic.
