NGC Fix?

Post by Frizbe » Sun Feb 13, 2005 4:10 am

UniChip has anyone heard of this thing? I saw it on a commerical this morning and started yo wonder if we could maybe use it as a fix for NGC it claims to control fule management with 100% of the "newer" viechles and will work with 90% of all viechles with an ECU. any thoughts?
Justin- I have nothing but smart ass remarks to add.

About the only way to defeat NGC is to do what I'm currently in the process of doing. I'm waiting for my 2k2 R/T comp to come in. I have a friend who tried to flash my new 2k3 comp with 2k1 and 2k2 programming (it was a generic empty comp) and it didnt work. He said I needed a 2k2 R/T comp, so for right now I have to hot-wire my car to get it started since it's still using the auto comp. I love it when people look at me weird when I pop my hood to start my car  especially the kind TX state trooper who pulled me over last week!
The best part about not having ur speedo cable wired up?
-No governor! I can estimate really well. I was only doin 6 over (76 in a 70) when I got pulled over, but all I got was a warning neways Considering on the open stretches with no traffic I was doin atleast 125

are you aware that the 03+ engine has a different crank trigger which the 02 PCM will more than likely not register correctly?
